      Pros

      Cintas offers good benefits, excellent training, lots of opportunity for advancement for the right person at the right location, and friendly people to work with.

      Cons

      A lot is expected from employees including long hours, tough physical work, and the pay is not all that great anymore from where it used to be.

      Adequate but not exceptional salary. Path to success can be very unclear. Rigid conformity sometimes puts off new employees and potential employees

      Pros

      There is a lot of really good people working there.

      Cons

      They do not treat their employees fairly or anywhere nearly as good as they say they will. Discriminatory actions throughout. Unfair dismissals throughout. Letting people go and stating it was a reduction in force and then replacing them. Very illegal.
