Pros

-Drive to become a progressive workplace -Decent pay and benefits -Nice location -Hybrid/Remote work options -Some very strong department heads: IT Pipeline Lighting Surfacing/Texture

Cons

-C levels are ridiculous -Middle management would be more effective simply doing nothing rather than arbitrarily inserting themselves in places to justify their existence -Incompetent production management hamstrings the entire company -People often hired for/elevated to roles they are not suited for -Harmfully mismanaged departments: Production VFX -Lack of foresight for important talent retention -Massive gaps between projects -Attempts at globalization badly hurt individual sites -Pipeline badly hamstrung by attempts at globalization -Half the department heads are essentially seniors or mid level artists with a little more experience. Leadership ability not taken into consideration. Forces the few competent department heads to bear the burden of organization for multiple departments -Overwhelming bureaucracy and technological legacy slows the pace of innovation to a crawl
