Pros

The team (feature animation) is very dynamic, its like a big family. If things aren't all perfect, people are working hard to make it better. It's the place to be in Montreal. You get very competitive salaries once you've proven yourself.

Cons

Still needs a bit more time to develop a flawless pipeline.
