Pros

- Nice and talented team of compositing artists - small party last Friday of the month - overall people are welcoming and they do the best they can - good work life balance if not in delivery. - they try to keep people even in downtime.

Cons

They put the decisions in the hands of the wrong persons. Middle managers are too young and lack the ability to motivate and encourage the team. They can’t keep the talents hence they don’t progress technically or artistically.

Great, in theory

Pros

Had a lot going for them in terms of trying to engage and create a better culture, recognizing and actively participating in community/social issues, making it a safe and welcoming environment for everyone. Decent pay and benefits.

Cons

Managers are always really busy and unless your department is behind/having issues you tend to get a bit ignored. Not sure if it's a lack of people resources, or inconsistent priorities. In theory, all the pieces are there to make Cinesite an amazing place to work, but not necessarily executed well.
