Pros

Pay and HR policies were good. Decent projects.

Cons

There was a low quality expectation and management was more concerned with placating noisy staff than getting work done. Quality was not the priority. Contentious politics at the top. There's a lot of issues between the Quebec employees and everyone else. Contentious atmosphere with workers constantly complaining about work and their supervisors. Detached management.

Pros

There's a lot of talented people if you're able to get through all of the others who claims to be talented but truly are not that talented. Not too much overtime. Work hours 8am-5pm which is cool.

Cons

No team spirits. A lot of ego with a lot of people. No communication and no internal evolution. Not the best work environment. It's a shame because it has a lot a potential to be amazing.
