Pros

Great location Nice gym Good benefits Overall people are nice and friendly Free snacks Hybrid work environment

Cons

My manager was unfortunately a micro manager. He used to be the only person in the department (been there over 10+ years) therefore likes to control every aspect of the team (6 people). We have to sign in on 2-3 different ways in order to track our hours and "where we are." Asking your peers for help via private message was highly discouraged in our department. He would expect us to work on tickets with barely any direction. He would then get upset that the results were not exactly how he envisioned. He would often swear and belittle other teams (sometimes his own team).
