Pros

-Work alongside talented artists from all over the world -Positive and friendly work environment -Lots of fun events and perks (prior to Covid anyway)

Cons

-Budget often given priority over quality of deliverables (can't really say there's a culture of excellence) -Some departments experience heavy overtime (though not as bad as certain other companies in this industry) -Management sometimes displays surprising lack of understanding of the processes and stakes within their own department

Pros

It’s a superb welcoming environment Great kitchen amenities Fun staff wrap party’s

Cons

Will drop you like a tonne of bricks. Don’t have someone train to do something then not extend their contract. Slightly ‘cliquey’. Might have you working til 3AM but might expect you back in at 8AM. Data Operators aren’t given enough credit - they are everyone’s fall guy.
