Hi there, this is Bryan Krastins, VP – Client Services. Thank you for sharing your experience working at Cielo. I want to assure you that Cielo remains committed to recognizing and rewarding the hard work and dedication of our employees. During the recent economic challenges, we were one of the few organizations in our industry that continued to offer bonuses to our valued team members. While the bonus amounts may have been adjusted to reflect the financial realities of the time, we made every effort to ensure that our employees were compensated fairly and competitively. If there were any concerns or misunderstandings regarding compensation or bonuses, we encourage our employees to engage in constructive dialogue with their leaders or the People & Culture team. In this instance, I would recommend contacting the team at People&Culture@cielotalent.com. Thank you.

Pros

Every experience is different depending on the project you work for, team, manager etc I work fully remote from Europe and so far, my experience was good. - The managers are not pushy, they don't micromanage, they are understanding, and they give you trust and freedom to do your work. - I have only had good experiences with my colleagues from my team and client's team. - You have flexibility between work and personal life, there is no demand for overtime and you are not checked daily for each task. Unless is something already planned and arranged you decide your workflow and what work best for you to do your job.

Cons

The career path it is a bit unclear, there aren't much possibilities to grow in some projects, but there are internal opportunities to move to other projects and apply for other jobs as alternative. However, it would be great to create a a possible career path for each role and project. Salary increases are pretty bad, under the market If you work from a country where they don't have a lot of employees or an office, you dont get benefits, i dont have any.
