Pros

People are smart, leadership transparency is good. Lots of changes but have the right investment strategy for the future. Tools and investment in teams is evident. The company truly cares about wellbeing and balance for the team members. Never have worked in a culture where decisions are made so quickly and evaluated constantly, which creates its own momentum.

Cons

Tough market means tough choices.
