- Takes care of their employee's well-being - Leaders are well trained both for managing people and process wise

Cons

- They recently changed into a Hybrid set-up from being a full time WFH. But that's not of a big issue for some

Pros

Cielo has flexible work and FPTO as well. They are encouraging of taking time away and having others cover as well.

Cons

Positions being taken away from being us based and most good staff is either laid off due to a RIF or moved to another account.

It's my 2nd time around

Pros

Day off on your birthday,day off on company anniversary.for the most part thoughtfull leaders,very interesting clients/ projects- you get to learn what an in-house recruiter would never. Diversity if roles,internal mobility encouraged.

Cons

I left the first time because I had done my share in client services. After a certain number of years you want to make a change.
