Pros

Cielo was an awesome experience with a senior team that truly cared and showed through to me as a new and ongoing employee. There was unlimited PTO, a good salary, solid benefits, ongoing career training, and a relaxed and supportive team.

Cons

I was laid off before a year was up. It was sadly just timing.

Full Annual Bonus is NEVER paid out Rare opportunities for growth and promotion Merit Increases are slim to nothing due to the state of the business Seems like most new hires are being brought in from Manilla to cut down on costs. Cielo pays their employees under the minimum based on the market and other competitors
