The amount of training opportunities to do your job better or even learn about other jobs is amazing. They really put forth the effort to see their employees succeed. Regular raises and bonuses as well as parties and recognition make it fun.

Cons

There is an emphasis on competition. If you don't like competing against your coworkers for top recognition you may not stand out as a leader.

Projects are interesting. Colleagues are friendly and the environment is comfortable and driven. Great work life balance. Management encourages growth.

Cons

Training is sometimes lacking around new projects. ATS is also lacking.
