Pros

Cielo is an ever changing environment where you will definitely never be bored! Upper leadership is great, they really care about their employees. The financials for the company are pretty transparent and we're told how we are doing each quarter. Overall it's a good place to learn and grow in your career.

Cons

Not enough resources to do the work most of the time. The bottom line is always what matters, and if that means cutting costs by downsizing your team, so be it. I don't mind working hard, and putting in overtime, but sometimes the work outweighs the manpower significantly.

Pros

Great work from home opportunities.....great training opportunities......good work life balance.....company tries to engage everyone as a whole as they expand.......interesting clients to work with and opportunities to work with different clients if you desire.

Cons

Benefits--well below industry standard 401K match as well as healthcare plans. The companies profitability continues to grow as does its part time employee base. There will be an inflection point soon where the best employees will leave for greener pastures. This company offers so much more in terms of work experience than 90% of the industry but it lacks SO much in the simple benefits like 401K. The pay is fair for most positions but it is a short term stop if you ever want to retire!

Pros

They pay quite good for London standards but even with high salaries people are not willing to stay.

Cons

The fact that there are leaving drinks every Friday should already give you an image of the huge turnover this company has with people leaving the company without even securing another job first. The company culture is awful and so is everything else. This was honestly the biggest mistake in my career and i would not recommend this company to anyone.
