      Pros

      Senior level management is encouraging engaging and inspiring. Senior level management really makes you feel like you are apart of something grand. Great motivational speeches.

      Cons

      Direct supervisors do not have the time to develop the team or train new employees. Most supervisors are over worked and understaffed leaving employees and clients unhappy.

      Forward thinking, innovative, progressive and ambitious are all words that I would associate with Cielo. A great place to build a career and be a part of an awesome team!

      Cons

      Working long hours will be needed, grit and determination, being able to articulate opportunities to improve / enhance are not always listened too.
