Pros

Mostly flexible hours. Friendly staff. Leaders intent on making sure you like to come to work. Promotes from within. Fun culture and awesome dress code!

Cons

You prove yourself excellently in a role and express interest in advancing and they stifle it...then give people promotions who have only just started working with the company.

Pros

I have been with Cielo for over three years since it was Ochre House and it has been a great company to work for! I have experienced strong and supportive management with all leaders highly approachable. There has been a real opportunity for training and development, with good career progression (having been promoted twice in three years). Internal mobility is good and the people and culture really make it enjoyable coming to work every day!

Cons

The company went through a merger which has meant organisational change and a lot to get your head around at times, however management have kept the communication going as reassurance through team meetings and our all hands monthly calls which has been reassuring!

Pros

--The team is amazing. My manager is super flexible and genuinely cares about her team. My coworkers are super friendly. There is ALWAYS someone there to help you out. --The dress code! Very open. We get to wear jeans on a regular basis, and it's casual-wear on Fridays. --Food! There is always free food, though you have to hurry if you want to beat the rush. --Professionalism. This job manages to pull off being incredibly professional as well as a fun environment. I love the culture. --Compensation. The pay is fair for what you do. I can't speak on the benefits. --Again, the environment. I love going to work. It's not a drag. If you need a boost of energy, there is plenty to go around. So many people ask me how my weekend was, I love it. --Flexible hours. I only work a part of the week, which is absolutely incredible. It gives me time to take care of classwork and my passions in life. If I need to take a day off for an emergency or something, my manager is always so understanding. I got ill a few months ago and my manager was very supportive. I thought I would get fired but when I returned to work, she asked me how I was doing and watched me hop right back on the saddle.

Cons

--Socializing. Sometimes my team members can get a little too chatty and the productivity for the day goes down. They encourage each other to work hard, but they do talk a lot at times. --Late Notice for Temporary Lay-offs. I am LTE, meaning limited term employment. I expected that my hours can be cut at any time. I'm not full-time. However, I did not appreciate the late notice on these cuts or being temporarily laid-off the day-of. I go into work and they say "Oh, you won't be working (for this amount of time)." However, I do know that my job is secure, but a little more of a head's up would have been nice.
