Pros

There is very flexible scheduling available for students. Good classes for professional development. Great for people looking at a career in HR but lacking experience.

Cons

Talks a good talk about company culture and employee perks, but it still boils down to whether something is profitable or appealing to potential clients. Depending on the track you want to take, you can quickly hit a wall in terms of how far you can grow. The sky is the limit if you're a recruiter, but that's about it.
