Flexible with work from home opportunities dependent on position. Tons of opportunities to grow and transparent goal tracking systems! Best place I've ever worked!

Cons

compensation/bonuses and merit raises could be a bit more competitive.

Pros

Flexibility and ability to work remotely was much appreciated. I worked with some great peers.

Cons

Everything is done solely for profitability. They're winning clients quickly, but they're losing them shortly after - over promising and under delivering. People are often unqualified and/or unprepared for their roles. Compensation levels are offensive - it's incredibly top heavy; the people working on the ground level are grossly underpaid. The work coordenvironment is like high school all over again.
