Pros

Used to be a great company to work at when they were Ochre House.

Cons

A large bureaucratic disorganised organisation who now operate under a call centre environment with much of the operation being outsourced to eastern Europe due to lower costs of labour. They have lost lots of clients over the past few years due to under delivering / performing and will not invest money or resources in their staff. Revolving door with very few opportunities for career progression and inept managers leading. Compared to other RPO's out there they are definitely one of the worst to work for.

Pros

Cielo has a lot of flexibility in career opportunities, and has a lot of potential to grow within your current team, or new teams. Training courses are frequently offered to grow your knowledge, and your career. The culture is great.

Cons

Overall, the benefits package, and compensation structure is not the best. Not many opportunities for raises unless being promoted into a new position. There was a lack for new hires.

Pros

The ability to work from home and vacation accrual rate is better than most companies.

Cons

Strict metrics/productivity percentages to meet. They expect your calendar to be booked back to back with 30min phone interviews all day, this can get boring and tedious. As a remote employee the leadership team hardly connects with you on a personal level, only at weekly TEAM meetings no one on ones. Pay is horrible and growth opportunity is sparse.

Thanks so much for your feedback about your experience at Cielo. We will be sure to share your thoughts about engagement of remote employees with our management team. In the meantime, we hope you will reach out to your manager or your HR Business Partner to talk about the lack of connection.
