Pros

- Great working environment, lots of great colleagues - Lots of flexibility and support for your work/life balance - Several interesting clients and opportunities to take different responsibilities and progress in your career - A real effort to provide training and development opportunities to the employees - Salary reviews have improved a lot since the Ochre House days, now there is a consequential performance review in place, as where before you could get appraisal but would not see any reflection of that in your conditions - A very innovative culture that tries to bring new solutions into the clients and provide a differentiated service

Cons

- Benefits are poor in general, the worst being the pension plan (it's the mandatory legal pension) - For people that work off-site at clients it's more difficult to feel a real connection to the company

Pros

working from home is great and I dont like driving in ever

Cons

very demanding schedule and metrics will little or no appreciation. middle mgmt is not properly trained or they do not have mgmt exp. applicable client training is lacking on new accounts
