Pros

communication is great between team members

Cons

more training or sharing of general knowledge on company resources for remote employees- sometimes it gets taken for granted what a remote employee knows

We're so glad to hear you're enjoying your role at Cielo! With the pace that we have grown over the past couple of years, we recognize that engagement has been a challenge for some of our remote employees, and we continue to make that a priority as we strive to be One Cielo. Thank you for your insight!

Pros

Very family oriented and supportive company, everyone here is so nice and willing to offer a helping hand especially when it comes to the candidates. Schedules are very flexible, great benefits and a lot of opportunities when it comes to moving around within the company.

Cons

The compensation is all that great.

Pros

Casual dress code - wore jeans daily. People are friendly Worked independently since my leader was remote Close to local restaurants for lunch

Cons

LOW pay - only reason I accepted the job was because I was desperate at that point. My work didn't feel meaningful. Cielo tries to pump you up about the work and industry to hopefully make you forget you make $12 an hour. Depending on your leaders, you might be considered for other positions, you might not. My leaders changed and it went from very promising to zero chance at movingl up - old leader took my interests to heart, my new one couldn't have known less about me - very frustrating after a plan was put in place. Before I switched teams, my manager micro-managed at an all-time high and really made coming to work harder than it already was. Workload can be inconsistent so I helped many teams and felt like I was just always being borrowed and wasn't doing meaningful work and contributing. Very difficult to get benefits at Cielo. Call-center setting
