Pros

This has been the best employer I have ever had. I started at Cielo 2.5 years ago and have had access to invaluable resources and mentors and was promoted 3 times. This company is constantly challenging the norm and delivering high quality recruitment solutions for all clients. They have put a very large focus around employees and managers to ensure they are a best place to work.

Cons

None at this time - I love my job and this company and have recommended 2 family members and a friend to work here

Cielo has the ability to take a "nobody" and make them a professional "somebody"; training is abundant; atmosphere; flexibility; transparency

Cons

Current employee compensation too low; workload is too high (understaffed); growing too fast; slow to implement change; losing site of the lower level employees
