      Pros

      Award winning, pushes technology boundaries. High levels of client customer service. Good teammates.

      Cons

      Bonus for entry level roles so low, would rather have higher salary than a few dollars as bonus. People not taking time off because of client commitments by manager. Same role on different team is different role.

      Progressive atmosphere, decent wages and benefits, decent PTO, casual dress code, no weekends

      Cons

      Growing pains with processes still being worked out, some days are frantic, not excellent training on software, feeling of being in the dark at times
