Pros

Everyone I work with is friendly and supportive. The schedule is flexible and the team leads are understanding. There is a very strong feeling of fulfillment every day that we’re helping people find careers!

Cons

The pay could be better for the amount of work that goes into each role. Raises should be given more frequently.
