Pros

Co-workers are great, everyone helps each other. Remote work is great.

Cons

While everyone helps out each other, the managers and leads don't even know what we do in our role. They rely on us to remind them what to do. Pay is also low. For someone who's been with them for a long time, I'm just waiting to be laid off or to resign when I finally find a new job. With the current economy, tenured and legacy employees aren't being paid fair, compared to the new ones. The employees who are working to the bone are being given work form other positions because they want to "save" on paying their employees. They like to gaslight their employees with flowery words, just so that they don't discover the truth behind the horrible situations the company is facing.
