Hello, this is Dawn Rauhe, VP – Client Services. Thank you for reflecting on so many positive aspects of your role at Cielo. It’s very important that we continue to champion an environment that empowers our people, and I am proud to be an advocate through our internal Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (ED&I) Review Board. I understand how you feel when it comes to the loss of team members. Unfortunately, there are times when business needs and market conditions require us to make difficult decisions, and this can also impact the bonus amount we offer. Leadership strives to handle these situations with empathy and transparency, ensuring that affected employees are supported throughout the process. I’d like to point you in the right direction for resources that will help you grow. I encourage you to have a conversation with your leader about the options available to you such as live trainings with our very own Cielo University or considering internal mobility through the internal careers site. I appreciate your feedback, and if there is anything else you would like to discuss you can connect with me directly via Teams or Dawn.Rauhe@cielotalent.com.

Hello, this is Rachel Cote, VP – Client Services. I am proud to be part of a culture that celebrates and embraces differences, as we continuously strive to maintain an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and respected. I also acknowledge that the nature of our business can be fast-paced and certain roles within our organization may require additional time and effort to meet client demands. However, we will always push for work-life balance and ensure that our employees have the necessary support and resources to thrive both personally and professionally. A great example of this is our Global Day Away, where all employees have a paid day away from work specifically to rest, recharge and spend however they wish! If you have any further suggestions or would like to discuss your experience in more detail, please do not hesitate to reach out. You can contact me at Rachel.Cotee@cielotalent.com.

Pros

Teams are united Delivery leaders try their best

Cons

- disorganized and unplanned senior leaders -frequent layoffs justified by financial losses and contracts adjustments BUT they are still hiring people in countries where the workforce is cheaper to replace people laid off. - The company change wage and contract type without even informing you -Discrimination is part of the culture and they don’t comply with laws related to human rights and equity. Everything is masked by the excuse of the "financial crisis".

Hi there, this is Kirsten Mayer, EVP – People & Culture. I appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback and I am concerned by some of what you shared. The issues you’ve raised are not at all reflective of our values or working practices. Without the context specific to the situation you’re referring to, it’s hard to comment here about the contract changes and cultural concerns. What I can say is that we take allegations of discrimination and non-compliance laws very seriously, and the behaviour you describe is unacceptable. To ensure we can address the issues you raised and prevent them from happening in the future, please submit an incident through our confidential compliance site at www.cielocompliance.com, alternatively you can contact me at Kirsten.Mayer@cielotalent.com. Thank you.
