Hi, this is Becky Chung, VP – Talent Development. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience while you were at Cielo. We have invested significantly in our resources for employees and leaders to enhance and develop their skills in line with their career aspirations including building our own Cielo University to support our team members developing into recruiters, and leaders; created a new development website connecting employees to the wealthy of resources through a skills based approach and implemented new technology that helps support each employee having an individual development plan. Illuminating talent is part of our core purpose and we’re consistently looking at how we not only meet the current needs of our highly talented team members but look to what their future needs will be. Again, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. If you have any further suggestions or would like to discuss your experience in more detail, please feel free to reach out to me directly at Becky.Chung@cielotalent.com. I am here to listen and learn from your experiences as we shape the future for our talent at Cielo!

Hello, this is Kirsten Mayer, EVP – People & Culture. I am glad you found value in the teams you worked with at Cielo, our people are an asset to the culture we have built here. However, it’s important that we provide equal opportunities for growth and development to all our employees, and it is disappointing to hear that this was not your experience. There has been a big focus on developing our people at all levels – from Cielo University and the newly launched Spark Hub to dedicated inclusive leadership training for our people leaders, so it’s a shame you weren’t able to take advantage of these opportunities. If there is anything else you would like to share in confidence, you can reach out to me directly at Kirsten.Mayer@cielotalent.com. Your feedback is important to us, thank you for sharing your thoughts.
