Cons
In India chubb is newly started, so most of the managers they are not technically strong. Secondly they give most privelage to telugu people. Recrutiment process is to bad if you are in that company and if you have good repo with manager then with help of manager even 0 knowledge candidate can also join. Apart from that only who is good in politican they can survive in this company. Most of good knowledge people when they smell there is lots of politic in team, They leave organization but rest with 0 knowledge they play politics and survive in company. There is no learning. No good code quality they follow. Manger blindly says its 10min job or 15min job. Its totally micro management. Hard to say but fact dont join and spoil your career over here!
