      Recognition, benefits, salary, autonomy, and a multitude of resources.

      Cons

      I don't have many cons but the first thing I can think of is work life balance during major storms.

      Team. For most part 1st level management was great.

      Cons

      Pay was embarrassingly poor. Consistently did not replace people and put their work onto others with no compensation. Do not put the right people in the right position. Bonus was embarrassing unless in management.
