There are opportunities to move upward and around the company. Senior Management colleagues are usually visible, friendly and open to chat.

Cons

Conversely there are moments were office politics get in the way, especially with other groups within the office building. Busy times of the year really take over your life. Year end for the finance group is really rough and you have to put in severe Overtime for 2 solid months.

Great training, decent benefits, management is overall very supportive

Cons

No opportunity for salary growth within a role, only option is to apply for higher positions and even then they pay you as little for what you do as they possibly can and pay outside hires far more
