      Toxic management culture with no job security

      The salary was in line with the market average.

      Cons

      Demoralising and toxic work culture stemming from management where employees were promoted based on contributing to the toxic work practices. Elitist with the majority of employees being of Anglo background with no diversity. Long hours with no work life balance and no job security. Tight budget constraints and no career progression.
