Heaps of recognition and opportunity with way too many responsibilities
Pros
The people are fantastic, especially leadership - very influential and easy to talk too under good and bad conditions. Health and medical benefits are top notch with generous over-time. High net-worth and celebrity customers are generally very easy to work with Great pay with many bonus and career opportunities. Surprisingly very little micro-managing ,and work from home 2 days, in office 3 days. Agents are often understanding and easy to work with as long as you provide updates frequently.
Cons
This job is not for everyone as Chubb seeks higher caliber adjusters to handle their claims, your customer service must be Grade-A every single time. Expect to work weekends often and 60+ hours per week to keep you head above water. Employee turnover occurs often which means claims are being reassigned to you while you are expected to maintain your own intake. New claim responsibilities are too high, upwards to 5-10 each day and many have 2-hour contact requirements.
