Low wage, over worked, and no diversity in senior management. A horrible hybrid model with no respect for work life balance.higher ups have advised us to go somewhere else if we don't like it. Profit driven and no care for employees. Claims operation manager (first party) is very difficult to work with, she has a very negative representation in the office . She has fired many employees , please be careful!
