Chubb does not pay at the current market salary as their competitors resulting in a lot of high turnover and many senior employees leaving for their competitors within the past year. Salary is non-negotiable if you're not friends with the right people who will advocate for you. There are a lot of various software for processing, some are redundant, buggy, and could be more efficient.
