Low salary, Old school, no youngsters, discrimination between employees

Office politics is real. The managers and team leads are two faced and super toxic. Some agents say that our department’s funds goes to the pocket of our Operations Manager. They love to micro manage and belittle you. They don’t coach if you made a mistake, but instead they call you out via email, messenger, and MS Teams just to embarass you but they don’t tell you how to improve, no constructive criticism.
