Training is phenomenal, and support, as an agent begins, provides ample opportunities to learn how to provide clients with the policies they most need and can afford.

Cons

It's commission-only so not for everyone. It takes A LOT of work and dedication to make a decent salary, but the company gives you everything you need to succeed.
