      Supportive manager and no micro managing in my role.

      Cons

      CEO is an embarrassment. The way he talks to employees who ask questions in town halls should be a crime. He uses fowl language and is defensive. It’s horrible!!! If it wasn’t for the CEO I believe Chubb would be a great place to work.
