Company Culture is Amazing

Pros

The company culture is centered around stepping outside and living the lifestyle of the products the company sells. Very fun company events and social gatherings that make this a lovely place to work. I thoroughly enjoyed my direct coworkers in the accounting department.

Cons

Working cross-functionally can have its roadblocks and challenges. A lot of employ turnover in other departments which leads to having to track down information or just work with the little you can find.

Good and bad

Pros

Was able to get significant benefits by working with the Hardgoods supervisor - ie. multiple pairs of free used and new skis and boots. As well as a heavily discounted ski pass

Cons

The pay isn’t great and I didn't love feeling pressured to sell footbeds, however helpful they are.

- Fun staff that has been there for a long time - fun area - flexible hours - friendly in store management

Cons

- lack of housing in area - lack of employees so we are always short staffed
