      Pros

      I love the way that Vangent kept me accurate of all information by having me complete job training . they informed me of what changes were being made what scripts to read and how something should be done on a particular program. I loved the fact that we had three breaks off the phone. That gave me time to stretch out my legs and get my mind set.

      Cons

      There's not too much of a con that I had with this job . I really loved chasing my career . It was a an amazing experience.

      The management and workmate are very nice and you can learn a lot of new staff from choice.

      Cons

      If you do not have a car, there is maybe a little problem go to office from other location in Phoenix.
