Worked at night so not a lot of run ins with management. Easy to run audits. Easy system to learn.

Cons

Management aka owner, is unorganized, unprofessional, extremely inconsistent. And even say sneaky. Super cheap!!!

They actually care about their employees, have great benefits and opportunities for learning and growth. They have been extremely flexible and supportive during this pandemic which has been a lifesaver for me.

Cons

I really haven't seen any downsides yet
