High school environment, high turnover rate, no room for growth, upper management is not diverse, sales associates are all diverse. .

Competitive pay, great benefits, and management care about people. Lots of opportunities. The company is large enough so you don't feel like a number lost in a sea of employees. Lots of opportunities to grow and promote from within the organization.

Cons

No cons for me. This is a great place to work.

Decent starting salary - full time!

Cons

Career Opp -Lack of career opp. especially if you are a temp-hire in the sales department. Benefits- False promises for incentives/commission options. Yearly benefits are less than 3% and for all the work that goes into it, its not worth it! Culture & Value - There is no work life balance, upper management will feed you BS and control when you can/can't take off. Senior Management - Not involved Overall, the "team" culture is non-existent. Manager will talk behind your back to diff team members and does not have your best interest. Account Managers will have you do all their work and be clueless about whats going on with their own accounts . Be careful!
