Our franchise owner is the best. Very fair to her team with constructive criticism, and all the support you need.

We work as a team. All the from the Front desk to the Maintenance team. We are a year round hotel in a seasonal part of the North East.

Cons

Snow and the long cold winters. Great area for skiers and snowmobiles though.

I really enjoyed my specific role as the guest service agent. I liked my Co workers and the job itself.

Cons

Management is awful. My direct supervisor was in the middle of a divorce while seeing another employee. This made working with them very awkward.
