      Pros

      Employee and friends and family rate were a huge plus. It was very nice to be able to afford to travel if and when any timefoff was given.

      Cons

      Cuts corners doesn't follow brand standard except when due for inspection dishonest hostile environment. Franchise owners are given to much freedom when it comes to employee pay, no haunted raises and can get away with paying only minimum wage even to employees who have been there for multiple years, doesn't seem very fair for being such a big renowned company. Employees should be universally appreciated for representing the Choice Hotel Brand.
