Cons

If you're going to work at a Choice Hotel, make sure it is an upscale one. Training is weak, management is poor, and hours are less than ideal. The clientele that Choice Hotels brings in is generally low class, which makes the job dissatisfying.

The guests were the highlight of everyday for me. I truly enjoyed working with anyone who walked in the door.

Cons

Terrible management. Awful. They cared more about money and less about the actual business of the hotel.
