      Meeting and Greeting the new person that come to Memphis, learning new things in the hotel business

      Manager doesnt acknowledge the work of his employee, High Crime, No Benefits, No chance for enhancment

      Relaxed place to work, They try to innovate. Good culture within the organization

      Cons

      Do not necessarily always invest in the right areas (for example training existing staff, qualifications) Not enough opportunity to progress quickly enough

      Pros

      My manager was nice, the people I worked with were generally pretty fun.

      Cons

      upper management sucked. I worked there for 3 years and only got a dollar an hour raise (barely above minimum wage) after begging for one. I took pride in my work and got promoted, but didn't get any raise. Once they were short staffed and told me that they would pay me double if I worked on Thanksgiving, so I did, and as soon as my paycheck came in, they said that I couldn't get double pay because at the time I wasn't a full time employee. I was in college. If i knew they were going to screw me, I would have gone home for thanksgiving dinner.
