      Not really worth it

      Pros

      Discount rooms, can use fitness room and pool and experience

      Cons

      Benefits only applys for full-time associates and managers, No maternity leave, no paid anything and no hoiday pay. Have to have a Doctors note with how long you can take off. No paid vacation or paid sick days. Hours are not flexible. Not worth it if you have a family to provide for, unless you're a higher up.

      Pros

      Good, stable company. Working the front desk is a wonderful way to meet people from all over the world, and to gain experience dealing with all sorts of problems and attitudes. If you are a good worker, management stands behind you.

      Cons

      Work shifts can be difficult if you prefer working "normal hours". The graveyard shift is great if you prefer quiet, but not if you really want to interact with people. The salaries are not great, and there were no benefits offered when I worked there.

      Pros

      Great co workers. The employee discount for hotels are good if you travel much.

      Cons

      No benefits, no raises, no room for growth, total disregard for employee safety (while working night shift), and management doesn't seem to care about employees cares or concerns.
