Cons
Shrinking and increasingly expensive benefits, who-you-know career ladder, draconian HR practice. IT management structure has been taken over by yes-men (and women) who make unreasonable and unconditional promises to upper/executive management and then put pressure on subordinates to sacrifice their lives to complete a project in a short deadline. Work/Life Balance suffers greatly. Good employees have been fleeing for years. Very few tenured employees left, much of the tribal knowledge has gone. Downward slide started with the change in CEO years ago and rolled downhill in the business and in IT. That started a domino effect where good management fell and was replaced with bad. Company sacrificed everything on the altar of Stock Price.
