Pros

Choice doesn't bother you, except to badger you to sign up guests for Choice Privileges. Employee discounts are ok, nicer properties usually don't offer employee discounts.

Cons

Choice Advantage is always down for maintenance, keeping me from checking guests in. No benefits for part time employees.

Good place to work. Privately owned. Choice hotels systems are great! Never had a better job for a student.

Poor services, customers could be shady. Nothing else really bad to say.

People are very down to earth and are willing to lend a hand. The office is very nice as it is only two years old.

Cons

The company pays below market pay when compared to the other hotel companies in the area. The company is very conservative and takes a long time to make good decisions.
