-Fun and causal company culture -Easy going senior management

Cons

It is hard to tell a person's job responsibilities or pay range by his/her job title. A Specialist can be getting the same pay as an Analyst while an Analyst can be doing the exact same work as a Sr. Analyst.

I enjoyed working for this company. They cared for their employees and there are opportunity for advancement. The management is top notched and they are one of the top hospitality companies.

Cons

Need better communications between departments. Everyone works well together but there are times when the left hand didn't inform the right hand.
