      Pros

      Limited oversight. Gain skills interacting with customers and being responsible for the hotel. Biggest pro is the hotel discount for other hotels you receive by working there.

      Cons

      Lack of management during the PM shift. Job can be very slow/isolating. Depending on the management you may have to stand during the entire shift (which sounds easy, but standing in one place for 8 hours is taxing).

      Pros

      Many opportunities to move up, relaxed environment, work with little to no supervision most of the time.

      Cons

      It's a franchise so if you have a problem with a GM/Supervisor/Regional it's your problem alone.
