Ability to interact with guests and offer them an awesome guest experience.

However, too many responsibilities for one person, and not enough staff to fill departments to be able to effectively center your attention upon the guests.

Used to be good. Work from home options depending on who is your 'manager' and how much you 'impress' them.

Cons

People with no much technical knowledge can easily go up to manager levels just by doing stuffs that is completely irrelevant to your job. Please your supervisor and there you become a supervisor. Real hard work and talent has no value.
